Refund & Cancellation

At Ultimate Fitness with Deepti, we strive to deliver the highest quality fitness instruction and coaching. Please review our policies regarding refunds and plan cancellations below.

1. Non-Refundability of Services

All registration charges, monthly fees, quarterly plans, and custom workout packages purchased on our platform represent a NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNT.

Once a transaction is processed and membership credentials or Zoom access keys are generated, we do not issue partial or full refunds under any circumstances (including medical leaves, personal schedules, or technical issues on the member's side).

2. Non-Transferability

Your active membership profile and credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, share, or sell your account duration to another individual, including family members or friends.

3. Plan Cancellation & Renewals

If you wish to stop your training classes, you may opt out of manual renewal payments. Upon expiration of your current active billing period, your access to live Zoom sessions, trainer corrections, and recorded galleries will be automatically deactivated. No cancellation charges are applied.

4. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
